About Me

I’ve been creating Fun, Fresh, and Beautiful wedding images and family portraits in Knoxville, Gatlinburg, and the surrounding areas since I moved here in 2008, but I’ve loved photography ever since I received my first point-and-shoot camera for my 15th birthday. Since then, I’ve developed my creativity, technical skills, and eye for composition; and my equipment has progressively gotten more sophisticated—and much heavier! What hasn’t changed, however, is my desire to capture the beauty of our world and to record the experiences of people enjoying the significant moments of their lives.

From 2005 to 2007, I traveled throughout New England photographing the spectacular fall colors and famous rocky coasts of Maine and trekked to some of the most breath-taking locations of Utah, Arizona, Colorado, and Wyoming shooting images of spectacular sunrises spilling into canyons and red rocks decorating mountain ranges. My passion, however, called me back to capturing the intimate moments, emotional expressions, and unique details of people’s most special day.

You’ve spent months planning your wedding, and you’ve probably spent years dreaming about it. So you’ll want a photographer who shares your excitement about your day. I believe it’s my job to catch every aspect of it. From your custom guest book, seasonal flowers, and personalized table settings to the hidden facets of your dress and the groom’s quirky socks, I’ll highlight the distinctive details you’ve chosen to make your wedding reflect your unique style and individual personalities. My experience shooting weddings will ensure that I capture the excitement throughout the day including your preparation nerves, the joy of being announced as husband and wife, and the many laughs you share on the dance floor, so you can remember these moments years into your happily-ever-after.
